By signing the contract on business and technical cooperation, Agency is taking over the OHS Management in your Company, in the head offices and all other work and production facilities of the employer. The contract is signed for a defined or non-defined period of time, and in that time our Agency is taking the responsibility to:

• control and advise  employer in planning, selection, use and maintenance of working equipment , dangerous  materials, substances and equipment for personal protection;
• participates in equipping and organizing  workplace in order to provide safe and healthy working conditions;
• participate in the establishment of BZR systems in accordance with new regulations;
• organize a  training in the field of health and safety at work for all new employees;
• propose measures to improve working conditions, and preventive and periodic testing of employees and working equipment.
• organize a visit to the working place  of the employer once a month , determine the deviation of the proposed measures in the Act of the assessment of risk and make proposals for their elimination;
• maintain regular  contact with the managers in the company ,and assist in solving eventual  problems of OHS;
• provides constant  consulting services in domain of  OHS.
