If necessary or desired by the employer, B2MV agency is authorized and trained to conduct the entire process of training the employees, and also test their knowledge in accordance with the regulations of safety and health at work.

Training of the employees for safe and healthy work is a process that every employer is obliged to carry out with employment of each employee, also when there is a transfer of employee to another working place, implementation of new technologies or changing the work process.

In the theoretical and practical training of employees, Agency offers following services:
• Making plans and training programs for each specific content of their work;
• Perform an adequate education;
• Conducting tests of employees;
• Fill in the required form (form number 6).

Usually the training is organized at the workplace, but if there is a need to perform this classes for numerous employees, the class will be obtained in suitable show rooms, organized by B2MV Agency.

With training of employees, the Agency B2MV also conducts  training for managers for the implementation of safety and health at work, introducing them to basic concepts in this area, regulations, rights and obligations of employers and workers by BZR, and economic aspects of investing in safe and healthy working environment.

Managers will receive information regarding the documents they are required to prepare:
• Risk Assessment Act;
• OHS Regulations;
• Cooperation with the OHS Inspection and other services.

B2MV  Agency  is also  licensed to issue Certificates of qualifications in the workplace of forklift operator, drivers of heavy machines and etc.
